Description:
This macaroni is not as heavy as cheese macaroni. I think it's closer to pasta carbonara but baked. Yum...
Ingredients:
500 g elbow macaroni, boiled in salted water and drained
200 g pancetta, cut into cubes and pan fried
300 g tasty cheese, grated
100 g grana padano, grated
Mix well in a bowl:
300 mL light cream
1 Tbsp garlic, minced and sauteed
0.25 cup FCMP
1 cup water from boiling pasta
1 egg
0.25 tsp white pepper
0.125 tsp ground nutmeg
Half of the cheese mixture for the filling
100 g thinly sliced ham, cut into squares
Parsley flakes for garnish
0.25 cup dried white bread crumb
Directions:
Boil pasta until al dente. Meanwhile, preheat oven to 220 deg C and prepare other ingredients.
Pan fry pancetta until golden brown.
Mix macaroni with cream mixture. Add half of the cheese and ham. Divide into baking containers. Scatter some cheese on the surface and place the pancetta. Garnish with parsley flakes and bread crumb. Bake for 15 minutes, then grill for 5 minutes.
Cook's Notes:
- If you want more sauce, adjust the amount of the liquid as it will be absorbed into the pasta while baking. Adjust the seasoning accordingly.
- Adding about 1 cup of medium viscosity white sauce will make the sauce velvety and saucier.

full cream milk powder, rach... grana padano jenisnya parmesan tp yg buatan italia, mirip dengan parmigiano reggiano cuma lebih murah dikit.

pakai susu cair biasa aja. utk kejunya bisa campuran apa aja koq yg jenis2nya cheddar cheese. dicampur mozzarela atau boconcinni kayaknya jg sip, jadinya bisa rada mulur2 :)
