Irish Soda Bread

Description:
The recipe is from my colleague, Bill. Of course, he is Irish.

Ingredients:
8 Tbsp self raising flour
1 tsp salt
0.5 tsp cream of tartar
200 mL buttermilk



Directions:
Use gridle
