Description:
The recipe is adapted from http://allrecipes.com.au/recipe/9785/homemade-custard-tart.aspx.
The first time I tried the recipe, I found that the flavour is slightly eggy and bland. I could not taste the milky vanilla custard that I like. I also had problems with the baking time and temperature since my custard tart did not set after the mentioned baking time in the original recipe. After researching some recipes in the internet and trying a few times with different proportion and baking time, I came up with th custard style that I like. I think this tart is velvety and delicious. The tart is also not loaded with lots of fat.
