I've been into bread and pastry baking and dreaming lately, more into Singaporean/Malaysian/Indonesia style. The dreams also include those strait style cooking too... I really miss the food that I used to eat while living in Singapore. What I mean here is the sweet soft bread with sweet filling, with Chinese style filling.
