Tempura Batter - version 2

Description:
Added with some rice flour to give a just slightly harder crunchy texture.

Ingredients:
0.5 cup tapioca flour
0.5 cup plain flour
2 Tbsp rice flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
0.5 tsp garlic powder
0.25 tsp salt
0.25 tsp white pepper

1 cup cold water

Directions:
1. Put all dry ingredients in a mixing bowl
2. Add water and mix with a whisk until just combine
3. When meat or vegetable is added to the batter, stir gently once the batter before adding the next batch of meat or vegatable. Reason being the flour will separate from the water and landed at the bottom of the bowl.
