KBB #17 - Savoury Bake




Kali ini tantangannya dititikberatkan pada anyaman dengan puff pastry dan isinya harus asin. So... akhirnya aku bikin spinach, ricotta and feta roll. Puff pastrynya aku pakai yang frozen beli jadi, tinggal pakai. Aku pakai merk Borg's Puff Pastry.

Kalau ada yang mau nyoba isinya:
250 g Heinz frozen chopped spinach, remove some of the water by straining the thawed spinach
175 g Pentalica smooth light ricotta
100 g South Cape Greek style feta, chopped into small pieces
1 egg, leave a little bit for glazing
1 Tbsp plain flour
1/2 tsp garlic powder
a dash of white pepper

2 pieces of puff pastry, thawed

Preheat the oven to 210 deg C.

Mix all of the ingredients in a mixing bowl. Divide the ingredients into 2 and put on the puff pastry.

Place the baking tray on the middle rack of the oven. Bake at 210 deg C for 12 minutes. Then turn on the grill, continue for 3 minutes. Turn off the bottom heat source and continue with the grill function for about 6 minutes or until golden brown.

    btw itu baking papernya uda coklat2...samaaa gua jg gitu...ngirit jadinya...
