Milk Jelly


Description:
This is my entry for KBB #13 - 2nd Anniversary :)

Ingredients:
Warm 400 mL full cream milk + 2 Tbsp caster sugar + 1 tsp vanilla extract

Dilute 15 g gelatine in 100 mL hot water


Directions:
Pour the gelatine into the milk mixture and stir gently. Divide into moulds and chill.

Serve cold with fresh strawberry or raspberry coulis.


Cook's Notes:
- If to be eaten just as it is, reduce the amount of sugar to 1 - 1.5 Tbsp.
- Warm the mould in hot water for a few seconds to release the jelly

  7. makasih, sher... kalau kameranya ada aperture priority biasanya pakai tanda A, boleh dicoba tuh. yg ini semi auto, jadi tinggal pilih ukuran diafragmanya dan exposure compesationnya. kameranya tinggal ngatur speednya. aku utk fokusnya pakai auto focus soalnya mataku rada2 nggak fokus sih :)

    mesti sering coba2 sih... aku masih sering gatot jg koq...
