Corn and Bacon Cups


Description:
This snack is really easy to make. The ingredients are also easy to find and may be already available in your pantry. Best eaten when it's still warm.

Ingredients:
4 sheets puff pastry, 24x24cm, Pampas 25% reduced fat

4 large eggs
0.25 cup milk
0.5 cup tasty cheese, shredded, Mainland
3 pcs shortcut bacon, remove excess fat and dice into small squares
1 tin (125g) creamed corn, Edgell


Directions:
Thaw the frozen puff pastry and cut each sheet into 9 squares.

Preheat the oven to 220 deg C.

Spray patty pans with oil. Line each cup with one puff pastry square.

In a medium mixing bowl, beat eggs until combined and add the remaining ingredients. Fill each cup with one tablespoon of the filling mixture.

Bake them for 10 minutes then turn on the grill for about 5 minutes. Continue baking until done.
